As autumn arrives on the farm, our family tradition of bulb planting takes center stage, with daffodils being the main focus.

During the cooling days of autumn, children across Wales plant daffodil bulbs, hoping to see these vibrant yellow flowers bloom by March 1st - St. David's Day.

This yearly tradition underscores the daffodil's role in Welsh culture. Adopted as the national emblem in the 19th century, the daffodil represents unity, resilience, and the promise of better days ahead.
